About ‘Bicycles fished out of canal in Amsterdam’ by Joes van Asten
Around 15,000 bicycles disappear in Amsterdam's canals every year. They are recovered from the canal by the municipality and by magnet fishermen.
The photo shows a close-up of two bicycles that have just been fished out of the canal. The bikes are covered in mud.
The photograph is in black and white.
