About "Beyond the border"

About the artwork

This powerful, abstract image captures the boundary between two worlds. The focus is on the immediate foreground: long, blurred blades of grass create a dramatic texture and obstruct the view of the trellis and landscape beyond. The image is dominated by high lighting and a faded, monochrome colour palette with hints of soft reds and greens. This gives the work an ethereal, dreamlike quality.

My inspiration lay in exploring the themes's separation and vista. The fence (possibly mesh or barbed wire) symbolises the barrier, while the blurry blades of grass represent the inner focus or imagination trying to see through the barrier.

The atmosphere is one of mystery, introspection and dreamy tranquillity. The slight flare and soft focus make the work poetic and leave room for the viewer's personal interpretation.

This image is special in modern and minimalist interiors where it serves as a soothing, textural eye-catcher. It adds artistic depth and a touch of abstract poetry to the space.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
