Beusdael Castle located just across the border near Epen, southern Limburg.
Beusdael Castle is a castle in the hamlet of Beusdael in the borough of Sippenaeken in the municipality of Plombières in the Belgian province of Liège.
Photographing between the two pillars of an old entrance gives the photo the needed depth.
The threatening sky in combination with the sun that nicely highlights the buildings here and there makes the photo stronger.
With my photography, I try to emotionalise or inspire people. I often prefer monochrome photography where colours do not distract from the subject. If colour is defining in a photograph, monochrome photography is not an option.
