About "Between the worlds triptych"

About the artwork

A lively triptych shows an abstract composition that lives strongly from contrasts in colour, texture and form. The picture consists of three adjacent panels that together form a coherent yet individually legible image. The composition develops from left to right from a cooler, darker colour tone as the origin to an increasingly warmer, lighter spectrum as the conclusion and climax.

The transition of the colours can be interpreted as an emotional path - from pensiveness, coldness or isolation to warmth and energy. The red stripe runs through all three pictures and acts as a common thread. The downward drips of colour convey movement, transience or the flow of time. It creates a feeling that something is melting, melting or dissolving.

The triptych has a lively and dramatic effect. The pictorial elements and colour gradients are intended to evoke emotions and encourage reflection on change, transitions and emotional states. Despite its abstraction, it tells a story.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
