With a length of over 20 kilometres and millions of tonnes of ice, the Aletsch Glacier is the largest glacier in the Alps - an impressive natural wonder formed over thousands of years. The sight is truly breathtaking - the Aletsch Glacier is a truly impressive sight. Here, clear mountain air meets endless expanses, shimmering ice meets rocky peaks and deep silence meets the sound of nature.

The Aletsch region is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Aletsch Glacier is located in the Swiss canton of Valais. It borders directly on the Bernese Oberland, more precisely on the Jungfraujoch region and the area around the Eismeer and Mönch - the cantonal border between Bern and Valais runs over the peaks of the Jungfrau, Mönch and Fiescherhorn.

The Swiss Confederation is a federal state consisting of 26 partially sovereign cantons.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
