The bridge at Beneden Leeuwen a beach the river waal a groynes and some separation posts in the water.
The river Waal is a busy river many barges can be seen here. From the port of Rotterdam or from other cities and ports, they go on their way. Many barges are on their way to the many destinations in Germany. But also Switzerland and back again in sailing to other destinations.
Aboard such a mighty fine barge, you see the river landscape glide by. On the shore of river see the many ships passing by tankers cargo ships pushers with their barges container ships. And a single crawler coaster navigate this river. At high tide and low tide the stream of inland navigation ships keeps going.
