About ‘Ballet : Dancing in the clouds’ by Anne-Marie Somers

These dancers get carried away in the currents and waves of the environment they are in. The typical characteristics of classical ballet with beautiful lines and graceful movements make it a lovely scene with a baroque touch.

Naturally, I was inspired by Swan Lake after having had the opportunity to see it several times, this painting came into being and I am very happy with this special result.

This painting is a gem for your interior! Painted with oil and acrylic paint using different techniques.

Who is Anne-Marie Somers?
Somers was born in 1959 in 's-Hertogenbosch. As soon as she could hold a pencil she started drawing. After secondary school she went to the creative training school St. Lucas in Boxtel and after that she followed a training course in drawing in 's-Hertogenbosch. After the birth of her children she focused on motherhood but in 2004 she picked up her passion again. Since then she has been painting with different styles and techniques. …

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
