Berlin Potsdamer Platz is a completely underground railway, underground and S-Bahn station in central Berlin. At the busy Potsdamer Platz, the German capital's first head-end station, the Potsdamer Bahnhof, arose in 1838. In 1902, Berlin's first metro line got its terminus there, also the city's first underground metro station.
