About ‘BENEATH THE SURFACE’ by Moonshot Art Studio

In the painting Beneath the Surface, we see a woman swimming underwater. Her long, wavy hair floats around her. The sun's rays break through the surface and illuminate her face.

The woman is an ordinary woman, caught in a moment of escape from her everyday life. Underwater, she feels freedom. The worries and responsibilities of the world above her are temporarily forgotten. The title Beneath the Surface refers not only to her physical location, but also to the depth of her thoughts.

The painting invites the viewer to think about what lies beneath their own surface. What are we supposed to ignore or hide in everyday life. As the woman goes deeper underwater, it becomes clear that the real power lies in embracing both the beauty and complications of life.

Beneath the Surface shows us that there is always more than what we see on the outside. The woman underwater is a metaphor for the search for understanding, for self-discovery, and the courage to dive into that depth. This painting reminds us that from time to time we should take time to reflect, not only on what we experience above the surface, but also on what lies beneath.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
