About ‘Autumn is coming!’ by Sander Poppe

The beginning of autumn in Zeeland often guarantees stormy evenings with wind, rain and spectacular skies. On the beach of Domburg, one of Walcheren's most beautiful coastal towns, you experience the natural elements in full glory. From the North Sea, impressive rain showers and powerful gusts of wind move towards the Dutch coast, creating impressive scenes and a pristine atmosphere.

During sunset on a stormy evening, warm hues of the setting sun colour right through the rainstorm. This creates a unique contrast with the dark, looming clouds on the horizon. The reflection of the light on the wet sands and foaming water creates a magical effect. In the foreground is a small branch, which adds photogenic detail to this rugged scene on the Walcheren beach.

Domburg is loved by nature lovers and photographers who want to capture the dynamics of Zeeland's coast. The interplay of wind, water and light makes a visit to Domburg beach in autumn an unforgettable experience. Be surprised by the power of nature and the beauty of Zeeland's wide landscape during this season.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
