Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘At the Heart of Nature’ by Thea

This artwork, done in the Impressionist style, shows a woman standing in the middle of an endless field of wild flowers. She is wearing a simple white dress, her dark hair falling gently around her shoulders. Her gaze is fixed on the distance, waiting to see what the horizon brings. The painting is infused with vibrant colours that capture the natural splendour of the moment: the sky is a soft blue, the green of the grass blends with the turquoise of the distance, and the flowers splash out in shades of golden yellow and red-orange.

The background is mostly white, with large expressive brushstrokes reflecting the energy and life of the landscape. The painting technique creates a high-key effect, in which the lighter tones emphasise the space and breath of nature. The contrast between the woman and her surroundings is powerfully depicted by the simplicity of her white dress and her calm demeanour against the dynamic, almost explosive colours of the field around her.

The painting exudes a sense of freedom and oneness with nature. The woman seems to merge into her surroundings, her figure a part of the vast, colourful landscape. This moment captures the essence of longing for peace and feeling the undeniable beauty of nature, in which the vibrant colours enhance the emotion and wonder of the moment.
