About "An African tree in Guinea in black and white"

About the artwork

Leaves and branches of a tree in the West African country of Guinea. Hardly any tourists come to Guinea. Too bad because it is a very interesting country. The landscape is beautiful. I hiked there for almost two weeks through a nature reserve called Fouta Djallon. A green plateau with many plains, trees, rivers, bridges and waterfalls. This is the area where the Peul live, a people who live in almost all the countries of the Sahel. From Guinea in West Africa to Chad in Central Africa. They don't really know any borders, we made them up. They are beautiful and friendly people. We always slept in a village in people's homes, often in the residents' beds. That way they could earn a little extra money. And there was always delicious and varied cooking. Rice or pasta with fresh vegetables. Very special. If you like hiking, beautiful nature and adventure, Guinea in West Africa is definitely a must.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
