Amaryllis.
Every year you see them reappear and then they have grown from a tuber and you see them growing every day, which is the beauty of an amaryllis. They also hold up well and stay blooming beautifully for months.
So the temptation was to paint them once and this time in watercolour.
Art on canvas looks great on any wall. It truly comes into its own with paintings featuring sharp brushstrokes.
Some years ago I had lessons in watercolor, because of my move I also started to study acrylic to combine this with watercolor and new techniques.
Especially the use of colors I find interesting, that makes me happy.
