In the golden dress of autumn, a majestic panorama spreads out before me, revealing the beauty of the Allgäu Alps in the heart of the Allgäu. From my vantage point, a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains opens up.
A delicate Nebelhorn, towering 2224 metres into the sky, seems to dance with the clouds, adding a touch of mystery to the scenery. Below the Nebelhorn, the Oytal meanders in a picturesque loop through the valley, surrounded by autumn-coloured forests.
Along the Laufbacher-Eck trail, the Rädlergrat on the Himmelhorn stands out, a proud 2111 metres above sea level. Its rugged rock formations are a reminder of the untamed power of nature, while the imposing Schneck rises in the distance at 2268 metres.
The eye also catches the Himmeleck, at 2145 metres, a peak that glows in the warm autumn sun. It is as if the mountains form a colourful painting as the long shadows of the afternoon sun glide across the slopes.
And like a majestic sentinel, the Große Wilder, with its stately 2379 metres, towers in the distance. Its craggy peaks seem to pierce the endless sky and bear witness to the untouched wildness of this mountain landscape.
Not far from its big brother, the Kleiner Wilder, with its still impressive 2306 metres, stands proud and sublime.
This incomparable beauty of the Allgäu Alps in autumn fills my heart with awe and gratitude. In this setting of vibrant colours and majestic peaks, I feel at one with nature and the rhythm of the universe. It is a place of harmony, reflection and endless inspiration - a paradise for all the senses that I will carry in my heart forever.
