The Montreal is a two-seater sports car built by Alfa Romeo in the 1970s. The car had its world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show in 1970, three years after a similar prototype had been shown at the 1967 World Fair in Montreal.
Equipped with a 2593 cc eight-cylinder engine, a milder version of a competition engine by the way, the car produced 220 hp. The V8 had two overhead camshafts per cylinder row and a Spica injection system. All this was coupled to a five-speed ZF gearbox. The car was sold in 1971 for 41,225 guilders.
