Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.

About ‘Adam and Eve on their way to the lighthouse’ by Matthias Stolt

I arranged the photo on the island of Formentera. I found it appealing to photograph the couple naked in the evening sun on their way to the lighthouse. Fortunately, the two, who are not actually a couple, were immediately willing to go along with my photo idea.

The warm evening sun flattered their bodies and made their skin tone appear sun-kissed. The deserted path to the lighthouse with the sea in the background provided the couple with a special backdrop. I photographed this motif with a standard lens with a focal length of 50mm. The camera was mounted on a tripod to avoid camera shake.

Matthias Stolt

Hamburg, Germany

I worked as a freelance photo designer for 25 years. My focus was on fashion and advertising photography. I am also the author of numerous books and articles in trade magazines.
Before becoming self-employed, I worked in marketing for a large camera manufacturer, where I was in charge of public relations.

I discovered my love of photography during my training as a retoucher. This sparked a desire not only to edit photos, but to take them myself.
