In the 1980s, this beautiful abandoned Italian castle was home to Europe's most impressive illegal drug laboratory. The castle was built between 1909 and 1913. This makes it a relatively new castle. With more than 150 rooms and built in a park of 170,000 square meters (with caves and fountains), it would be an understatement to say that the place is big. It is huge and is located in a small town dominated by this castle. The design of the castle is a Piedmontese-Lombard style from the late 15th century. It is inspired by the castle of Issogne.
