Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

This photo shows the impressive changing room at the Rammelsberg mine in Goslar, where miners kept their work clothes and equipment on a unique hanging system. Each miner had their own metal basket ('locker') that hung from the ceiling and could be lowered via a cable system. These baskets contained protective clothing, boots, helmets…
