About the artwork

This picture shows Annastrasse in Aachen. It captures the magical atmosphere of the blue hour, a moment between day and night in which a special colour harmony prevails between the warm tones of the lights and the cool blue of the sky.
The street lamps bathe the scene in a warm, inviting light. The shop windows shine and are artfully reflected in the window panes opposite. The historic cobblestones add to the nostalgic charm of the empty street. The sky is a subtle blue, hinting at the transition from day to night, but has not yet reached the darkness of night. This quiet, deserted scene invites the viewer to experience the quiet beauty of Aachen's city centre in a wonderful light.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
