Cruising on a hot summer day through the tranquillity and symmetry of the Damse Vaart, where the water reflects the sky and the trees seem to run on endlessly. The silence, the gentle rustling of the leaves, and the play of light and shadow invited stillness.
This image is not a traditional oil painting, but a digital composition in which I wanted to capture the character and feel of a classic painting using modern techniques. By using digital brushes and textures, I tried to approximate the mood and depth of oil painting - a fusion of technology and timeless aesthetics.
