A moment of calm on the street

A deserted corner in the neighbourhood an old fence the bare trees. What has this place been? The street looks empty. The buildings behind the fence radiate harshness. Is it an old industrial complex from. On the overcast day, it is a beautiful raw black and white photograph. The photo leaves a lot of questions.

With my work as a street photographer, I show the rough, unpolished sides of city life. With my photos, I try to capture the beauty of everyday moments. The viewer can then invent his or her own story to go with it. I also have a fondness for industrial environments, such as harbour sites and factory buildings, where traces of the industrial past are still present. In doing so, I try to photograph subtle details, using both digital and analogue cameras.
