Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘A beautiful winter day in the polder’ by Koen Hoekemeijer

Winters in the Netherlands are not very inspiring. Dark grey days with lots of rain and wind dominate and real cold or a thick pack of snow we haven't had for a long time.

But if we have a couple of days with stable sunny and 'crispy' winter weather it will look a lot better all at once. This picture was taken about an hour…

Favorite are mainly wildlife photography with a great passion for whales and tigers, as well as photographing people and "life".
