A McDonnell Douglas T-45 Goshawk (from TW-2 originating from NAS Kingsville) just landed for a short stop at Ellington Airport. A great opportunity to photograph this aircraft on the ramp and in the dark.
The McDonnell Douglas T-45 Goshawk is a highly modified version of the British BAE Systems Hawk land-based training aircraft. Built by McDonnell Douglas and British Aerospace, the T-45 is used by the US Navy and US Marines as a trainer for pilots who will fly from aircraft carriers after completing their training.
