The digital artwork entitled *"'Nut Alkmaar "* shows a carefully stylised facade, rendered in a graphic, almost illustrative style. The composition is dominated by a wall of coarse brown bricks with striking beige pointing, creating a warm, rustic look. Some natural stone elements are included between the brickwork, subtly contrasted by their lighter colour and smooth texture.
At the centre of the sculpture is a rectangular tile tableau, executed in saturated shades of green and grey. This eye-catcher bears in ornate capitals the text: *"INSTITUTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT ALKMAAR DER MAATSCHAPPIJ TO NUT OF THE GENERAL "*, with the indications *"SPAARBANK "* and *"HULPBANK "* underneath. The letters are sleekly designed but retain a historical character that refers to the nineteenth-century origins of this institution.
The tableau is richly decorated with decorative motifs: delicate floral vines meander along the top, while small animals - presumably a pig and lions - playfully find their place. These ornaments lend the work an almost symbolist stratification, in which nature and idealism merge.
On the left, the house number "50" is visible in a natural stone block, simply but clearly applied. Below, partly out of view, a horizontal metal rod runs along the facade, possibly part of an old fence or railing, adding an extra layer of authenticity and urban context to the whole.
