For me, photography is all about telling stories. Whether it’s an exclusive event, a characterful home or an atmospheric street scene: I’m always on the lookout for the image that reveals just that little bit more.
After training as a professional photographer at the Fotovakschool in Amsterdam, specialising in social and fashion photography, I have developed into a versatile photographer. I currently work as a photographer for two magazines, where I cover features and events. I also specialise in property photography, presenting homes and commercial premises at their best for estate agents and clients.
Whenever my schedule allows, I love to head into the city with my camera. I enjoy capturing unique street scenes, architecture and hidden spots. It is precisely the details that many people overlook that make for the most beautiful photographs, in my view. Every city has its own character, and I find it a challenge to capture that in a single image.
My style is characterised by an eye for detail, strong compositions and a natural look. I believe that good photography doesn’t just show what something looks like, but above all how it feels.
With every commission, I strive to create images that are not only technically perfect, but also tell a story and leave a lasting impression.
