My way of working is imbued with passion. Passion for photography, passion for the people I am allowed to photograph, passion for the people I work with and to whom I give courses. I wouldn't be able or willing to do it any other way.
In 2005 I started as an independent photographer. I followed an art and design course at the Royal Academy of Art in Den-Haag.
So I am a passionate photographer of people. It's a fantastic challenge for me every time to photograph people the way they really are and to photograph them with respect and integrity. Images someone can proudly say: "Look, that's me!"?
I also like to make free work with an artistic twist. I specialize in portrait photography and reportage, combined with Fine-Art images.

Equipment is fun, vision much better!
I use my cameras as a tool to make what I already see in my head. This means that for me vision on photography is much more important than equipment. So I will never tire you (for a long time) with numbers, settings and the specifications of the fantastic tools I'm allowed to work with. Much more important to me is that with my images I can tell a story, your story.
