The love of nature seems to be deep in my genes, possibly thanks to my birth in Siberia, a land of boundless beauty and diversity. My fascination with people led me to pursue a career as a professional portrait painter and photographer. Extensive classical art training at two Art Academies in Moscow and Kemerovo in Russia equipped me with a versatile range of techniques. Painting, drawing, photography and video are disciplines I have used in my work so far.Nowadays, much of my creative focus is on digital work, in which I interweave various techniques and combine fragments of my abstract paintings with photography. This working method opens up a wealth of possibilities for me to deepen stories and create works that are not only intriguing, but also have strong artistic layers.
