About EchtMiek - Annemieke Balhuizen

I am Annemieke Balhuizen. A true Brabanter, I ended up in Utrecht after secondary school. With the goal, the Graphic Lyceum. Because... I wanted to draw, a lot of drawing. Since graduating, I have been working as a graphic designer.

At a publishing house and an agency for indoor and outdoor communication, I gained a lot of experience. This now comes in handy as I have my own company together with a colleague graphic designer. Curious? Take a look around at www.jenter.nl

My passion for drawing, and now painting, remained. After many comments and advice such as: "You should do more with that sometime." I started EchtMiek. Under this name, I sell original works, cards, calendars and stationary in my webshop.
