Photography is a red thread in my life. As a 14 year old boy I used to take pictures for the local village paper, including developing and printing them in my own DoKa.
Later, when my children started to play a role in my life, I liked to capture events on moving images as well as still images.
Now, with multiple "cameras" in everyone's mobile phone, more pictures are being taken worldwide than ever. Great to quickly share something with someone at a distance. Fortunately, people see the difference with such a "snapshot" and what I call a real photo, made with an original view and beautiful equipment in combination with editing software. Sometimes it looks like magic.

The basis remains the most important to me: an original view of subjects and an eye for situations that determine the atmosphere. That produces the desired result, whether still or moving.
