"In my watercolours, I search for the moment when colour becomes emotion. Water serves me not only as a medium, but also as a dialogue partner - it guides, deforms, surprises and forces me to let go of control. For me, the true magic of watercolour is created in this field of tension between intention and chance.
I work with reduced forms and transparent
transparent layers of colour to visualise moods that often lie between the lines of everyday life: stillness, lightness, longing, movement. Each picture is an attempt to distil a feeling and at the same time leave it open enough for viewers to find their own story in it.
