A watercolor drawing of a white-faced owl. The small bird of prey is sitting on a sawn-off log. He turns his head so that you can see his face clearly, his body can be seen from the side. He has bright orange eyes. Because the bird itself is in shades of gray, it creates a beautiful graphic image.
The background is warm green with a mottled pattern. Behind the owl a sort of halo of an ink splash.
The northern white-faced owl grows to around 24 centimeters. The male weighs between 185 and 240 grams and the female between 225 and 275 grams.
