About the artwork

In "Stillness in Profile", a moment of deep peace and stillness is captured in charcoal. The woman, with eyes closed and a serene facial expression, seems to surrender completely to an inner world - unreachable, but palpably present. Her head is slightly raised, as if opening to light or silence, and her long neck forms a graceful line that radiates strength and vulnerability at the same time.

The hairstyle - carefully tied together but with a natural looseness - enhances the portrait's understated elegance. Each hair is rendered with attention and precision, contrasting with the smooth, almost marble skin. The play of light and shadow highlights not only the anatomical forms, but also the atmosphere of calm and introspection.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
