walk through Watarrka National Park, Australia. Millions of years ago there were lakes in Watarrka NP. Central Australia was covered in sand dunes 400 million years ago. The climate was dry, but rivers flowed and lakes left their mark on the landscape. This created the ribs in the limestone.
