Whether you call it mixed media or collage: what I make is what the work is asking. Sometimes it asks for a lot of pictures, or for colorful motives, for a watercolor background or a gelli print, sometimes I use stencils or words. Sometimes a color is the starting point, sometimes a picture or even a story, but it can also start from a need for coloring or even embroidery. However diverse, my work has its own unique style.
