It was a beautiful spring day. Outside, it was already starting to get nice and warm and I was shooting at a new location. Although I was not yet allowed to enter the nature reserve, there was plenty to see from the edge. So was this small body of water. The water surface was still which made for a nice reflection. Everything about this photo shows that spring has begun. You can just barely hear the birds singing.
My camera has gradually become part of my body. My own experience as a widow led me to specialise in creating tangible memories in the last phase of life and during funerals, also known as farewell photography.
