About ‘living in nature’ by Quin van Saane

A forest walk in daylight is an enchanting experience that stimulates the senses and nourishes the soul. The sun casts its rays through the leaves of majestic trees, creating a warm, golden carpet on the forest path. As you take your first step into this natural haven, the fresh air surrounds you with an invigorating energy.

The babbling sound of a nearby stream forms the background music of this fairytale setting. You feel the coolness of the water as your hands rest for a moment on the smooth stones along the bank. Birdsong fills the air with a symphony of sounds, from the bright melodies of songbirds to the mysterious calls of owls in the distance.

As you walk deeper into the forest, a vivid spectacle unfolds. The rich greenery of the trees and shrubs seems to compete for your attention, and flowers adorn the ground with their colourful splendour. The ground beneath your feet is covered with a soft carpet of leaves and moss, making every step feel cushioned and comfortable.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
