About ‘calmness’ by Christina Bauer Photos

In the quiet twilight, when the world is still asleep, I find my retreat. Here on the tranquil shores of Lake Kochel, the blue hour envelops me in a gentle light that soothes the soul and energises me. Every breath I take is filled with the fresh, clear air and the gentle lapping of the water. The mountains look like contemplative sentinels, silent, strong and protective. A precious moment in which I find inner contemplation, can simply be and savour the magic of the moment. All thoughts are allowed to drift, the gentle wind carries them away. Nothing has to be, nothing is. And yet everything is in this moment. A start to the day like this is simply indescribably beautiful, I take this mood with me in my soul and carry it into the new day. Gratitude and humility fill me, life is a gift. Every day is a gift. I am happy to be able to share this mood with you.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
