The picture shows the temporary art installation "Zweifel" by Norwegian artist Lars Ø. Ramberg on the roof of the former Palace of the Republic in Berlin. The large-format white letters are clearly legible and form the word "Zweifel" (doubt), which stands out against the blue sky.
