When you think of Zeeland you think of the many groynes on the beaches. The tidal currents are less strong by the groynes, so less sand is taken into the sea. These are the breakwaters in Zeeuws Vlaanderen, between Breskens and Groede.
This evening was breathtakingly beautiful because there was so much color in the sky. The last of the water slowly flows into the sea before the beach is completely dry again.
