The beach of Fuzeta in the Portuguese Algarve has a big difference between the tides. this makes it great for walking on the mudflats with your dog at low tide. Especially in winter, the emptiness and dramatic skies give a spectacular picture. I don't know how these wooden pillars came to be on the beach, it may have been an old structure for the local fishermen. In any case, it gives a nice contrast with the space on the beach.
