Frozen, the beautiful large leaves with beautiful textures of the rhubarb, the fine foliage of the dill, the fragrant leaves of the oregano. An organic still life. After one hefty night frost, everything is coated in ice crystals, winter is coming and the growing and blooming has abruptly stopped. The season is over. The ice flowers on the windows take over, exotic in shape and festive with reflection of light in the ice crystals. The change of seasons continues to fascinate.
