Winter Love is a watercolour and acrylic painting in contemporary square format painted by artist Karen Kaspar. A white heart floats on an abstract background in various shades of blue from light turquoise blue to dark indigo blue. Is this a heart-shaped snowflake or an ice crystal floating from the blue winter sky on a cold, frosty winter morning?

I have been a passionate artist since childhood. I work in traditional painting techniques such as watercolour, acrylic, pastel and drawing with charcoal, pencil and ink. For me, inspiration is everywhere around me. My favourite subjects are flowers, animals (especially cats and birds), landscapes and colourful abstract paintings. I love to create pictures with which I can convey joy and happiness to other people.
