About ‘Winter landscape in the forest’ by Miranda Vleerlaag

This winter picture of a busy path in the Beeckestein estate radiates for me an enormous peace. It was taken during a walk with friends that I remember with pleasure. We were all wrapped up in our heavy snow, and in our backpacks there was a thermos flask of chocolate milk with rum. At the end of the day we came home feeling rosy.
