The White House, completed in 1898, was once the tallest office building in Europe. The amber tower beside it, called Wijnhaeve, is of a much more recent date: 2009. This picture, like an impressionist painting, captures the reflection of both buildings, and of a number of historic inland vessels, in the Old Harbour.
