Evening falls like a warm blanket over the sea and beach. The water still shines softly in the last light, while the sky is painted in layers with deep orange and golden hues. Clouds float like strips of silk, dark at the edges, but with edges that glow as if holding the day's fire for a moment longer.
At the edge of the beach is the pavilion, a refuge for those who want to let the evening land slowly. Behind glass, lights shimmer, warm and inviting, as the first guests have found their seats. The wooden stairs and terrace catch the last light, as if even the wood does not want to let go of the sun for a while.
This is the hour of stillness, when voices sound softer and the smell of sea mingles with that of hot food. The horizon slowly becomes one with the night, but the pavilion remains a beacon of light, a place where you can wave goodbye to the day and welcome the night.
Each photograph is a doorway to another world.
Maybe a world you recognise, maybe one you only discover as soon as you look at it.
