About the artwork

In Wet Glamour - Elegance in Chaos, the boundary between inside and outside seems to disappear.
Two women find themselves in a living room that is slowly flooding as the rain continues to fall from within.
The world outside seems to collapse along with them under the same tidal wave - as if the flood taking place here is not only physical, but also emotional and symbolic.

The one woman, wearing goggles and summer dress, seems to adapt smoothly to the situation.
She transforms chaos into beauty, as if refusing to take absurdity seriously.
The other, elegant in red, clings to the façade of perfection - her posture graceful and controlled, even as the water reaches her feet.

The work depicts the fragile balance between style and collapse, between appearance and reality.
The warm colours, reflections and cinematic lighting enhance the dreamy, almost theatrical atmosphere.

Wet Glamour - Elegance in Chaos is an ode to resilience as well as a nod to the human tendency to preserve beauty even when the world around us floods.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
