About the artwork

This photograph shows an old, weathered tree stump standing proudly amidst a vast moorland landscape. The tree stump, with its rough and split surface, is a silent witness to time and the inexorable forces of nature. Its roots, partly exposed, seem to cling to the sparse soil, as if still trying to draw life from the earth.

Around the tree stump, the heather stretches out in a sea of purple and green hues. The heather plants, in full bloom, create a vibrant carpet that contrasts with the grey-brown colour of the tree stump. Small, delicate flowers and tough shrubs surround the ancient stump, symbolising the cycle of life and death, decay and rebirth.

The sky over the moor is clear blue, with only a few thin clouds drifting slowly by. The soft sunlight casts long shadows and highlights the textures of both the heather and the tree stump, creating a sense of depth and timelessness.

This photograph captures not only the beauty of the moorland landscape, but also the melancholic charm of the old tree stump, which, despite its decay, exudes a sense of calm and resilience. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
