I am Rob van Dijk, an international art photographer, the driving force behind Art-Pictures.com
After years of experience in various types of photography, I was ready for a new chapter;
the world of experimental photography...
In 2008, I embarked on a year-long experiment of trail and error and its impact eventually became so great that in 2013, I invented and developed a totally new camera technology into what it is today;
a state-of-the-art technology with endless possibilities.
This technology targets colour frequencies that we cannot normally see with the human eye.
I developed a camera with a built-in chip to convert these colours into visible images. One of the first times I used this technology was in the Belgian ghost village of Doel, where I took unreal but amazing photos's. This breakthrough inspired me so much that after building my first camera, I decided to further develop the 8765Art technology and build 8 more cameras's, each with its own unique technology chip.
The photos shown were taken with my latest camera built.
My cameras are not only light-sensitive but also temperature-sensitive.
The weather conditions determine not only the mood but also the colour palette I can photograph with. Maximum sunlight and high temperatures create a wide range of colours while minimum sunlight and low temperatures can even make a photo monochrome.
