About the artwork

Warnemünde's green lighthouse is one of the most famous landmarks on the Baltic Sea coast and a favourite photo spot for tourists and locals alike. It marks the western entrance to the Warnow and has served as a landmark for ships calling at Rostock harbour for decades.

This atmospheric photo shows the lighthouse in perfect light - framed by the deep blue sky and the expanse of the Baltic Sea. The vibrant green of the tower is particularly striking, creating a colourful contrast to the warm stones of the pier and the cool blue of the sky.

A picture like this requires patience - because this spot is rarely deserted. This makes the scene all the more impressive in its clarity and tranquillity. The motif symbolises maritime safety, steadfastness and the special atmosphere of northern German coastal landscapes.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
