With this series 'WINTER' I want to show my wonder and reverence for nature in this world. It is an ode to poetry woven into the fabric of nature, a reminder that the deepest beauty often lies in what remains unspoken, unseen and hidden in the mist.
As long as there is nature, there is hope. And solace.
The desolate landscapes are not empty, but rather full of invisible stories. As silent guardians of secrets, the trees are witnesses to the eternal dialogue between man and nature, revealing only fragments of the untold stories that lie beneath the surface.
This series was made in the National Park 'High Fens' the highest and in winter also coldest area of Belgium.
